After extensive testing on many bikes, we wanted more! We have, therefore, decided to carry the AIRSAL brand. These premier cylinders offer the advantage of better cooling properties of aluminum (vs cast iron) and are combined with the longer life properties of nickel silicon carbide (Scanimet) coated cylinder bore. The piston rings even feature a chrome plating for reduced friction. These are true performance cylinders with better port timing and power output. The T-6, and the new T6R (my favorite), combined with the Tecnigas NONE or RS pipe makes for a very impressive unit. The Airsal product generates considerable less cylinder noise than the MHR and cannot be beat for price. Some T-6 cylinders even use a single piston ring, therefore allowing higher rpm's without the danger of ring flutter. Some Airsal kits also feature a larger bore diameter -- 47.6 vs the 47 mm on the Malossi unit. Our kit includes all gaskets, rings, piston, circlips and cylinder head. They're all the same easy bolt-on kits that's always required.
