We are the North American distributor for Tecnigas Elementos de Competicion -- the undisputed leader in Spain manufacturing performance racing exhaust systems for scooters, mopeds, ATV’s, motorcycles, and more. During our visit to their factory in October of 2001, we saw, firsthand, the professionalism of their setup -- from their jig system to their production line to their modern offices and energetic, enthusiastic staff who take enormous pride in their work. Tecnigas has proved over the years that they manufacture products of exceptional quality, their prices and product are market related and they, without a doubt, stand 100% behind it all.

The Tecnigas RS, or Racing Series, exhaust is the flagship of the fine line of products that Tecnigas manufactures and is shown here chromed, however, regular clearcoat obviously is still available for most models. Also the “pipe to port” characteristics of the exhaust designates it to be used with a 70 cc cylinder kit and has worked exceptionally well on all models we have tested. The difference in cone diameters and angles makes this a very gnarly exhaust which really boosts low end torque and midrange on any kit bike. It uses rubber mounts for decreased vibration and the mounting bracket is adjustable. The exhaust comes complete with everything needed for a simple bolt on.

The Tecnigas Next R is a marriage between the Next and the RS 50 and combines quality attributes from both models. It also comes complete for a simple “bolt-on” horsepower boost. The Next R is designed to perform using the stock OEM cylinder, producing an average 5-10 mph increase in top speed is quite common and midrange power is noticeably stronger. For scooters where the RS exhaust is not available, the Next R fills the gap more than adequately, making it the most versatile workhorse in the stable. It usually comes with a set of roller weights if needed.

Stock replacement exhaust aptly called the Basic for those who wish to get away from overpriced OEM exhausts without sacrificing quality whatsoever. In most cases a moderate performance increase is observed without having to change roller weights, so once again just a simple bolt on is required.

The Quadder two stroke exhaust is one of the many exhausts which are available for ATV’s. We will, in future, be stocking more inventory for the ATV market.

Now available in the U.S. for the 50 cc motorcycle enthusiast! The Tecnigas RSG which will bolt on to any 50 cc motorcycle which uses the Minarelli horizontal motor such as the Aprillia RS 50 and the Yamaha TZR 50. Other models of the RSG exhaust will be available upon demand.
